Born 1941 in Brooklyn, NY, Edward Phifer spent a career as a furniture executive in North Carolina. As he approached retirement, Edward Phifer was contacted by a North Carolina talent agency to fill a void in talent for older, attractive, charsmatic actors and models.

Since he launched his "second career" as a performer, model and actor, Edward Phifer has played roles in television, has modeled, recorded commercial voice-overs and was filmed performing guitar on stage for a promotional video.

Edward resides in Morganton, NC with his wife, Rebecca. He is frequently seen on stage playing acoustic guitar in venues large and small.
